We started contacting Jane who was extremely helpful and patient to our constant questions. She provided detailed explanation on the necessary documentations, taking photographs of the dogs inside the crate, taking measurement, telling us how to prepare the dogs for transportation. Extremely satisfied with the help and service rendered by Aspac.
