You could never get through on their downtown office line in Singapore. Their staff on the Changi airport line was rude and unhelpful. Customer service is non existent
Giving 5 stars to your call centre staff, Yohan. Just nice I called in twice and both time he was assisting me with my flight adjustments. He is super friendly and tries to find ways to help me with my flight arrangement. Thank you Yohan for exemplifying excellent customer service!
Very friendly and efficient service from Asiana. We were handled by Miss G...e and our concerns are all addressed quickly. Truly delightful experience, way better then all the other airlines I've engaged prior.
