Doctors here are really good and friendly. Nurses/ Admin customer service can be better. The 1 thing here lacking is the Q system & waiting time which can be longer than at polyclinics at times. If this change, it can really improve d cust experience to d best.

The doctor seemed knowledgeable but the clinic was not well-maintained. The chairs were old and worn out, and the waiting area was cramped. It was also quite hot in the clinic. The doctor was friendly and attentive though.
