Smart water heater was installed and heater could not work. Everything seems ok but water temperature just does not heat up. Despite multiple attempts to contact the after sales team but was not able to reach them. It's been about 2 weeks now and still no response from them. Water heater is new. Would not recommend.
The after service is horrible. I have my new heater tank installed but found to be leaking water. Tried to call the help line and it’s just always goes through to voice mail. The whatsapp help line I tried is not responsive also. I’m stuck with a faulty heater that I can’t use. Wasted my time and money.
Second purchase with Ariston heater, as the first one spoiled twice within 2years. The 2nd works well and its much more convenient to use than the older model, it came with Wi-Fi feature which you can control the level of heat with the app.
