In Sep 2020 I purchased an office chair from Ardent. When the chair arrived, it had many scratches all over the chair and the wheels weren’t functional. It took 2 days for them to give me a replacement. After using the chair for about 2 weeks, the armrest started to peel and the backrest became wobbly. Overall, I'm disappointed with the quality of the chair and the customer service.
