A few years ago they had a lineup of places to visit, and I paid procedurally but at the last minute the main area where the tour went was secretly cancelled and another was replaced in its place.
Overall, the event was well organized and the team was responsive to our requests. However, there were a few instances of miscommunication and last-minute changes that caused some inconvenience.
I was disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the changes to the tour itinerary. It would have been better if they had informed us in advance.
