Got partial refund (partial because 3 of the fake bulbs are damaged) after complaining and showing video evidence. Not happy with the quality check of the shop.
I bought 100 units of LED downlights from this shop. There were some color mismatch in the holders of the lights. I reported this problem to the shop. The owner, Mr Kwek, on hearing my problem, immediately came to my house to assess the situation and took back all the faulty lights for replacement. Very satisfied with the customer service and prompt action taken.
