Bought a few times from here. I think the livestock are healthy and price is reasonable. But think the owner (now I know is staff, not owner) is inexperienced. Told me to buy CO2 tablets for my planted and shrimp tank. I used less than a month, all my shrimps died. When I approached him, he told me that shrimps are sensitive and probably I didn't set up VIVAPORE properly. What's that!? I read up many forums and CO2 tablets are not recommended for shrimp tank. How can a staff of an aquarium shop have so little knowledge? There was no apology at all. Found out later his keyboard had spoilt spelling VIVAPORE. The next visit few weeks ago he is still telling customer that they need to buy CO2 tablets for planted tanks. Maybe he was just against planted tanks and claiming all of them have algae issues. I have already moved my livestock, accessories and tanks over to Clementi where I buy my fishes but this staff really needs to either get educated or get out of the aquarium trade.

EDIT: Went there again and the fish look better this time! They still seem to be generally well fed and the tanks and betta containers seem cleaner too (using visible waste as a measure). ...
