Had a chance to visit their showroom and Wei Yong was very kind to show us all that they have to offer. They were also very transparent about all pricing including future repairs if they were needed! Definitely would recommend visiting them to try out their chairs and getting one for yourselves!
Chair's gas lift has deboned from its body (which is a rare occurrence according to them) after 26 months, just past the 24 months warranty. Replacements parts + labour costs $114 and there is no warranty on this. Does it make sense to replace when my experience is like this?
Been using kraken fossil grey for more than a year and it is still as good as new. The foam is bouncy and really love all the chair features. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from APOL Singapore Furniture store. I purchased a chair from them and it broke just after the warranty period. The replacement parts and labor cost me a lot of money and there is no warranty on the repair. I would not recommend buying from this store.
