Very good!　Dr Darren is a great doctor also very friendly and cheery..went to see him for my 3rd pregnancy and needed some morning sickness medication and referral letter ..he ask very good questions and waiting time is not long like stupid polyclinic across the road ..also charges are reasonable ☺️

I accompanied my mum to this clinic on 10 June, Friday. My mum was having fever so she can only sit outside of the clinic. I mean this is understandable but the waiting time is almost two hours. After waiting for such long, I approached one of the staff to check the waiting time and she told me there are still six people ahead of us. I would like to mention the doctor is not here yet during this time and there is only another doctor on duty. How come there is such long waiting time with only one doctor seeing patients?? I find it disappointing. The staff at the counter could have been more transparent. She should have informed us if the doctor is not here to see patients instead of letting us wait for nothing. I understand doctors get held up but it's the clinic's responsibility to inform the patient and manage their expectations accordingly. From this experience, I find that the clinic's service recovery is poor as well. We approached the counter staff again and informed her that we would be leaving as the waiting time is too long. She didn't seem apologetic or anything and said okay. I feel that such long waiting time is not acceptable and the clinic's poor service recovery when something like this happens is disappointing.
