Ben, is simply amazing! We visited their showroom at Tai Seng on a Saturday afternoon. Can see that they are very popular. Even on a weekends, they are packed with customers! Ben, take the time to explain about down feathers to me and my wife. He even take the effort to bring out the mountains of free gifts he had accumulate for his customers to share with us! Bravo Ben! that is excellent service ! We did not buy their products as they are too expensive for us, but he take the effort to give us an excellent service experience! Tumbs up for Ben and AP Beddings! No regrets not buying as I learnt a lot from Ben on Feather Down! Extremely knowledgeable guy!
AP Bedding was our first stop when we needed a new mattress. Service staff there Andy was attentive, knowledgeable, and best of all not pushy. He guided us on our search for the perfect mattress with great patience and professionalism. We purchased a King size mattress set with a nice bed frame. He also gave free gifts and he even offer delivery asap using their own logistics team. A big thanks to Andy and for taking the time and effort in getting the right bed for us. professional experience!
