Bought 270g of Miyazaki Wagyu A4 Sirloin Cut through a sale this year. The prices in the sale was really competitive and the quality of the meat was excellent as well. My sister and I seasoned the meat with black pepper, salt , grilled it and had it with some wasabi shoyu zuke. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
