Went there around 4pm today. When the device sound alarm, I put the device on the table to pass to the staff. The way she take the device n pass me the food, with attitude. Food is nice but service is poor. Disappointing!
I had gone while the shop was closing up for the day. The service was delayed; the lady at the counter did not see me waiting in queue, because she was sweeping the floor. The other members of staff were performing their own closing up …
Very inconsistent in the quantity and service. Requested for changes to be made, but was given what I didn't want. The quantity of açai, fruits and toppings is so inconsistent that you really have to depend on your luck. For this price, it's not worth it at all. Please train your staff.
