Janice, the therapist, who has been attending to me gives professional advice and does very good treatment. The staff at the front desk will always receive you with cheerful smiles and are always very friendly.

I've been a member at Define for over a year now and I absolutely love it. The instructors are amazing, the workouts are challenging but effective, and the atmosphere is always positive and motivating. I highly recommend checking it out!
