Thank Goodness for Google reviews. Was shopping for Fans (10units) for my new place. By looking at these reviews, certainly won't touch alpha fans even with a ten foot poll.

Customer service non existent. Contacted the whatsapp # provided on their website about a new heater i wanted to buy to replace the old one.wanted to find out if the water outlet and inlet was compatible to my current system. No answer. Why even provide the contact # if there is no intention to reply
