Extremely unprofessional service by Ivy. Extended my motor insurance by 84 days to renew road tax, got quoted $300+ on the phone. Invoice me 3 weeks later $500+. Called her immediately and mentioned the premium was not right. After 3 weeks, still no reply from her. Called the insurance company themselves, and they mentioned that their premium should not cost $500 and agreed on $363. Ivy misquoted and overcharged me by at least $100. She never replies to my email, only texts. Poor customer service.
