Worst insurance company. Called for more than ONE Hour and no one picked up the Phone. Will go to the office to cancel my car Insurance. Not even fit for a one star to be honest. Like seriously if anyone else is working there to answer to queries.
I received one of the worst customer service experience from Rebecca. It seemed as though I was inconveniencing her by enquiring on my policy.
Teach your staff NOT to spam call people, get hung up on and still call again to complete the sales pitch. I was on MC and resting, got a call, told your staff im not keen and hung up and your staff still call back. Like no, even if i am looking for insurance i will NEVER look for your company.
