I have a bad impression of Allgreen because of the way they operate as a business owner. This is with reference to how they sell Pasir Ris 8, a mixed development at Pasir Ris MRT. Allgreen profited on the great demand by rising prices multiple times in a short period, which shows their lack of integrity.
We are a tenant in Great World for two years. The mall confirmed the lease with a new tenant without informing us prior, forcing us to move out. The general manager pushed the blame to us by saying 'we have updated you that we confirmed a new tenant.' This lack of communication and consideration is unacceptable from a reputable real estate developer.
