(don’t follow MOM regulations) 2) The managers are very cunning and not trustworthy. They change the promise and terms without any reason/notice. 3) They shout at workers unnecessarily. In case the worker asks fair questions and he wants to know the rights which is regulated from the MOM side , they just sacking the workers 4.) They don’t keep their empty promises and the words/ terms they give you. They don’t pay the salary on time.
