Sent the car in for some repairs. Xavier is very helpful and transparent. Cost is lots reasonable than the agent. Saved about half the cost. The workshop washed my car, cleaned my interior and shined my tires too. Excellent service. They will not repair unless deemed needed.

I had my windscreen hit by a stone while driving on the BKE. I initially took my car to Volkswagen, but later found out that I would have to pay a $400 excess for the replacement. My insurer, Ergo, sent me a list of workshops to choose from and I selected Alan's United Auto since I am a resident of Singapore. I was very satisfied with the service as they were able to replace my windscreen at a lower price than Volkswagen and with no excess. Highly recommended!
