We have paid Alan an initial fee $1,100 for the service as requested. It has bn a gd several mths & from the start, we already had to chase him for updates & his plan to recover & he will often replied, give him time and we asked how long.
Please avoid. Very good communication at first but once paid we have received little information and no response to calls, messages or emails. This is going on over a year. I'm happy to provide copies of all correspondence if Alan & Steiner.
