I had a fantastic experience with a lady at your counter in Singapore. She was such an amazing kind soul. Customer service was top notch. I wish more people will have her spirit. We were travelling in a group of 26 heading to Bali. Her skills must be commended.
First and last time flying with Air Asia. Garbage, worst of the budget airlines. Only use if you absolutely have to. Absolutely short on money and desperate. Even then, only book one way at a time so you don’t put all you eggs in one basket …
Concur with all the other reviews - winner for worst airline award. Retimed our flight to Phuket 3 times , each change pushed it later in the day. We paid a premium to fly the earliest flight for a reason, but AirAsia decided its alright to cheat their customers
