Bad bad bad!!! Changi T4 departure for Penang on 24/6/23. Plane delayed from 525 to 555pm. At 550pm plane still nowhere insight and there is no update on departure time. Went to the counter staff at gate 4 to ask and she rudely tell me not to cross over the barrier to talk to her! What a f attitude!!!
