Most terrible insurance company that will always do their best to not let you make successful claims. I have not experienced this with other insurers like AXA. With insurers having little to no differentiation nowadays, why would you choose AIA?
The worst insurance company. Change policy without informing customers (my elderly mum and aunty). Honestly, please think twice before signing up with them.
