Terrible insurance company. Customer service representatives are pretty much useless. Might as well not have a customer service department. I’ve never had such a hard time with the other insurance providers to get a claim (less than $100) approved before. Highly recommend going to other insurance providers instead if possible.
The customer service provided was excellent, unfortunately your building does not have any parking for your client who come to see your customer service. Lots a reserved for your big bosses but not for your customer who are actually the pay master. (Tampines Branch)
Most terrible insurance company that will always do their best to not let you make successful claims. I have not experienced this with other insurers like AXA. With insurers having little to no differentiation nowadays, why would you choose AIA?
