Sent in support ticket since end of February 2023 until now, the company never bother to reply my query. Today received a tax invoice with price increased from $500 to $1250 without any informing. Very lousy service!
Attended the monthly training. Jacqueline has been SUPER helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to ensure we understand how to use & customize the HRMS according to how our company works. Detailed explanation and sufficient time for Q&A. There are also User manuals provided! Excellent Post-Sales Orientation!
