Unique location that brings memory back to the early days of Singapore
Great location in Seragoon/Hougang which is walking distance (4-6mins) to the market for daily necessities, future MRT line in 2029 (4-6mins walk), within 1km Top schools and bus stops conveniently located outside the condo with direct buses to Nex etc...
Personally felt that lots of effort was put into the showflat. Location is great for me as well. Competitively priced!
