In April 2019, 5 days before I was due to travel I got the dreaded blue screen errors and my laptop froze. It is an Acer so I took it to their service centre. Their view was buy a new lap top or they recommended I go to ADRC Adriot Data Recovery as they believed there would be a high recovery chance for my Samsung 840EVO 500gb SSD disk. Although I understand that Adroit [Alex] helped me optimally for my case since my SSD provided only had Windows original and I could get my programs back. All other data is stored on Drop Box. So even if that was case, I have had the unfortunate experience of poor Blue Screen Death behavior by 4 other Acer and 1 HP laptops and 1 Dell PC).
Hi everyone, This is a first hand experience from my experience with ADRC. They do not need any endorsement from me but I thought their temptation is irresistible. First of all the unwillingness of Acer and Adriot to try data recovery for me and advising me to buy a new lap top instead was a bit harsh. So I went to the place suggested by Adroit and they found my Data from the Acer Laptop's defective drive which Acer wouldn't try to fix. At least I had peace, knew I had some good technicians for future requirements on various things. Their charges were quite significant and they have a system of gradually reducing their charges based on the amount of work that was to be done. I noticed on their website that simple repairs are charged extremely low since some basic repair work requires only checking ... A drive asking for PIN or PUK might only be asking you to connect properly or the sata data cable is loose. I felt their charges were amazing.

I had to queue behind 2 people but after the wait I decided I had waited long enough even if the people in front had a small problem with their identies. It was a good thing that they assured me before I even sat down, that my drive would be sent to their Clean-Room and the turnaround for my case would be 3 working days ... only if parts had to ordered. They didn't want my $$ if I could find someone whom I could trust more for helping me with my problem.
They helped me recover a lot of data and photos from a damaged SD card. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. The price was also reasonable.
