If i could rate it a zero i would. The worst customer service experience ever. Especially when i need to reschedule a appointment they never pick up the phone. Its always busy at any point of time. When they finally answer the call the appointment is pushed back so far.
First enter the clinic and ask guest to wait outside? No allocation even for immediate family in the whole big clinic. Counter rude reception lied saying no ART test but must see doctor together with a fees of $100+ not inclusive of …
