Really better to avoid. DNS servers down for almost 6 hours and unable to reach. Service also one of a kind. Planning to change registrar soon.
Third time calling them with the same procedure and bad attitude. Putting me on hold for 10 minutes, and tell me to call their general hotlines, and loop. disappointing.. have to wait for the domain to expired and hopefully still available from other registrar.

I had a terrible experience with Adicio Pte Ltd Telephone company. I had cancelled my domain with them but they still deducted the renewal fee from my credit card. I have been emailing them to ask for a refund but they keep saying to wait. It's really frustrating.
I had a very bad experience with Adicio Pte Ltd Telephone company. Their DNS servers were down for almost 6 hours and I couldn't reach them. Their service is also very poor. I'm planning to change my registrar soon.
I called Adicio Pte Ltd Telephone company three times and each time, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then told me to call their general hotlines. It's really disappointing. I'll have to wait for my domain to expire and hope that it's still available with another registrar.
