It was a complete nightmare that left me feeling utterly disheartened and dissatisfied with their services. The staff seemed clueless about the process and gave me conflicting information. I had to make multiple trips to the clinic and spend hours waiting just to get everything sorted out. I would not recommend this clinic for anyone looking to use their Medisave account.
