Staff was rude. Treated parents on FAS like they owe them money. Saw with my own eyes how they treated those paying for the books and those who are on FAS. Everyone is struggling with something, they need to be nicer. If too ‘atas’ to serve FAS parents, why on earth they doing this job. Such a joke.
They are more expensive than other bookshops. Each book is about 40-80 cents more. It adds up a lot if you add up from the booklist and if you have more than 1 child. I stopped buying here since last year. They also quite rude. You should try other bookshops to get your children's books.
Worst bookshop still after so many years. I hope the schools wake up and accepts a new bookshop. Staff is irresponsible, prone to mistakes and rude. Needs proper website maintenance as well. Never looked forward to dealing with them every year.
