Did a PCR test last April. The service was great, the ladies were quick and the test results came in time.

For the 2nd time, I asked for FEMALE DOCTOR and was allocated the male doctor. I made an appointment at 2.45pm to see the female doctor and unfortunately was attended by the male doctor. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist was unapologetic and said there must have been a mix-up. This is unacceptable as I specifically requested a female doctor for personal reasons.
I called earlier this week to make an appointment. Over the phone, the receptionist was absolutely unpleasant and asked me 'Why you want to see a doctor? What’s wrong with you?'. First of all, that’s not a way of asking questions for someone seeking medical assistance. The receptionist needs to improve their customer service skills.
For the 2nd time, I asked for FEMALE DOCTOR and was allocated the male doctor. I made an appointment at 2.45pm to see the female doctor and unfortunately was attended by the male doctor. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist was unhelpful and acted like it was not a big deal. This is not acceptable and I should not have to repeatedly ask for a female doctor.
Did a PCR test last April. The service provided by the clinic was excellent. The staff were efficient and the test results were delivered on time.
I called earlier this week to make an appointment. Over the phone, the receptionist was rude and asked me 'Why you want to see a doctor? What’s wrong with you?'. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable in a medical setting. The clinic needs to address their receptionist's attitude.
For the 2nd time, I asked for FEMALE DOCTOR and was allocated the male doctor. I made an appointment at 2.45pm to see the female doctor and unfortunately was attended by the male doctor. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist was dismissive and did not offer a solution. This is extremely disappointing.
I called earlier this week to make an appointment. Over the phone, the receptionist was unhelpful and asked me 'Why you want to see a doctor? What’s wrong with you?'. This kind of response is inappropriate and the clinic should train their staff to be more professional and courteous.
For the 2nd time, I asked for FEMALE DOCTOR and was allocated the male doctor. I made an appointment at 2.45pm to see the female doctor and unfortunately was attended by the male doctor. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist was rude and showed no concern for the mix-up. This reflects poorly on the clinic's standards.
I called earlier this week to make an appointment. Over the phone, the receptionist was impolite and asked me 'Why you want to see a doctor? What’s wrong with you?'. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and the clinic needs to address it immediately.
For the 2nd time, I asked for FEMALE DOCTOR and was allocated the male doctor. I made an appointment at 2.45pm to see the female doctor and was disappointed to find out that the male doctor was assigned to me again. The clinic needs to improve their system to ensure that patients' preferences are honored.
I called earlier this week to make an appointment. Over the phone, the receptionist was unprofessional and asked me 'Why you want to see a doctor? What’s wrong with you?'. This is not the kind of service I expect from a medical clinic.
