DO NOT join this company as a BIM ENGINEER. They will make you sign a 2 year contract promising a $4k pay. But in that 2 year, you will have to join a crash course of BIM for 2 months (your pay will only cover the minimum wage). After the crash course, they will assign you to various projects with low pay and long working hours. There is no work-life balance and management is not supportive. It's a terrible company to work for.
