I wish to commend Evelyn and Lorie for being such good team players for our industrial estate. It was in such bad shape when the previous MA was handling it. Very refreshing to have everything sorted out!
Assigned MA can't be even bothered to respond or act at all. Previous guy just ignores you until you find a way to escalate to the top. The current lady is no better. Says everything is handled by third party vendor and is only keen to deflect it away from her instead of taking responsibility for it.
