EXTREMELY bad service and attitude. Our company ordered lunchboxes in bulk to be sent to Taiwan. Charged us S$500 for that and the delivery did not comply with Taiwan's government rules (incorrect CCC code was input by them, I guess to cut costs), consequently the delivery didn't happen because Taiwanese authorities sent everything back. Eventually, we lost the lunchboxes which were worth another $500+taxes. In total, the costs for our company was 500+500+taxes. Then, I asked to refund at least the delivery fees since it didn't happen. They proposed to refund me straight away the amount where these CCC costs and taxes were already included (and which I would definitely get from my Finance Department in future) and rejected even to partially refund us delivery fee, in spite of the fact that now they no longer have to deliver anything. A great example how to lose loyal clients! We will never buy from them anything anymore!
