I order 红油抄手dumplings. They are freshly made and the skin is thin and smooth. The spicy level just nice for me. in hot oil is delicious.
I ordered dumplings and XLB. Dumplings is ok. XLBs don’t have soup inside.
The 红油抄手, dumplings in hot oil is delicious. Dumpling (wanton) Skin is silky thin, filling is meaty and well marinated. The sauce has a balance of acid, spice and savouriness. Spice level is mild so it will suit people with Low tolerance, I added extra chilli oil.
