I recommends it's 酸菜鱼. I have tasted this dish in various sichuan restaurants, this restaurant offers some thing very unique. How should I put it... Unlike the other restaurants 酸菜鱼the 老四川豆花庄 blends the 酸菜 well in the dish without the sour taste being too prominent. I give it a 4 stars until I tasted the rest of the dishes.
Foods are authentic from Chinese chef, we had our dinner here at Friday night, the food service time quite long even thought the reataurant wasn’t crowded
