Do not engage their service as their after sales support is TERRIBLE. Instead of helping me to solve the problem that leaking surfaced after getting them to install a flushing system for my toilet, the owner keep emphasizing to me it is not a responsibility. The plumber was rude and refused to come to check on the issue. Overall, a horrible experience!

Later he quoted $80 to visit and check, for which I replied, sure I will think and confirm, for which he got agitated and frustrated and said if you don't call in 5 minutes I will charge additional $50. What a great way to talk to a customer. Please avoid such unprofessional people!!
