Send in an official enquiry via their website for Hyundai Matrix window power switch and was quoted $50 for the switch only. So i agreed to just buy the switch. I was asked to put a deposit but i refused and only would like to pay cash when I collect. They were a bit hesitant but agreed to it eventually. Went down but was told they have order the part which have to wait for few days. I left and told them to call me when the part is here. The next day, a lady called and told me they found the part at a better price of mere $25 and asked me to made payment to them and will courier to me! I gave them the address and made the payment through bank transfer. Few days later, a box arrived via abx courier. Oh yes! the switch is new from packing! That is very nice of them because i would have no clue if the switch was a used one as they didn't open the box in front of me. I easily make payment for them when i only collects the switch from them. They were very understanding. And jif they are not nice in anyway, they would have sold me at $50 which they had quoted because i already agreed! Well done and keep up the good work, Sung Beng!

Went to this company last month to install the android auto into my car. There are many steps that i need to do to complete the installation process, including updating the firmware. They patiently guideded me through the process over whatsapp and patiently waited for me to come down than only they started the installation. Now my car HU can run youtube too! Mod is perfect!

Went down to install the car Android Auto when they are running a promotion. I called them a day before i went down and reserved a slot. When i went down they ask me which brand of phone i use, then they installed the app for me via their internet. They test it on the spot which and everything works well. The technician then guide me on what to do but in they end i forgot some steps. He is so nice to create a video guide for me. Very acustomer oriented company! i will definitely recommend my friends to them!
