The Vogue collaboration afternoon tea was disappointing. We had to approach the counter ourselves as no one attended to us. The service was lacking. The food was average. Overall, not worth the price.

The afternoon tea set was fabulous. The staff, especially Mr. John Poh, provided excellent service. They were attentive and accommodating to our requests. Dropping cutlery and needing replacement, asking for refills - they handled it all with a smile. The food was delicious as well. Highly recommend.
