Had the Imperial concubine chicken, poached chicken, organic cauliflower at the restaurant. All the dishes were delicious and full of flavour. My favourite dish was the organic cauliflower because they were not too hard but also crunchy and the green and red chillies provided a hint of spice that I enjoyed.
